At Khairo Diet Clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality nutrition care. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

Consultation Fees

If you cancel your consultation at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled appointment time, you are eligible for a full refund or may reschedule at no cost. If you cancel with less than twenty-four hours’ notice, no refund will be issued and the session will be forfeited. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without any notice, commonly referred to as a no-show, also results in forfeiture of the session fee with no refund issued.

We understand that genuine emergencies such as sudden illness or accidents can arise. If you need to cancel with less than twenty-four hours’ notice due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a one-time courtesy reschedule at our discretion.

Nutrition Care Packages

If you cancel a nutrition care package at least twenty-four hours before the program start date, you may receive a partial refund subject to a ten percent administrative fee. Once the program has commenced, no refunds are available as services and materials have been allocated and customized specifically for you. Any unused follow-up sessions within a paid package are non-refundable but may be converted to credit for future services at our discretion.

Digital Products and Diet Plans

All digital products, including downloadable diet plans, e-books, and program materials, are non-refundable once delivered. Due to the digital nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after access has been granted.

Diagnostic Services

For diagnostic services such as resting metabolic rate testing, body composition analysis, and blood testing, cancellation at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled test qualifies for a full refund or reschedule at no cost. Cancellation with less than twenty-four hours’ notice results in no refund, though we may offer a one-time reschedule at our discretion. Failure to attend a scheduled diagnostic appointment without notice results in forfeiture of the fee with no refund.

Clinic-Initiated Cancellations

If Khairo Diet Clinic cancels a session or program due to unforeseen circumstances such as staff illness or technical issues, you will have the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund for the canceled service.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies or bereavement will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required to process such requests.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within five to seven business days. Funds will be returned via the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
