Cencellation Policy

This policy applies to all appointments, consultations, and programs booked with Khairo Diet Clinic.

Appointment Cancellations

If you cancel your appointment at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund and may reschedule free of charge. If you cancel with less than twenty-four hours’ notice, no refund will be issued. In such cases, we may offer a one-time courtesy reschedule on a case-by-case basis, though this is not guaranteed.

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without any notice, commonly referred to as a no-show, the session fee is forfeited and no refund will be issued. Repeated no-shows may result in restriction from future bookings.

Nutrition Care Packages and Programs

If you cancel a package at least twenty-four hours before the program start date, you may receive a partial refund as outlined in our Refund Policy. Once a program has commenced, no cancellations or refunds are available. You may continue the program or request to pause it subject to terms agreed upon with your dietitian.

Digital Products

Cancellation is not applicable to digital products once delivered, as they are immediately accessible upon purchase.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us via email at [email protected] or by phone or WhatsApp at 0803 990 4595. When contacting us, please provide your full name, appointment date and time, service type, and the reason for cancellation if you wish to share it.

Clinic-Initiated Cancellations

If we need to cancel your appointment due to circumstances beyond our control, such as staff illness or technical issues, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will offer alternative appointment times that suit your schedule, and if rescheduling is not suitable, we will provide a full refund for the cancelled service.
